A ceremony will be held at 8:30 a.m. at Haverstraw Bay County Park at 21 Gagan Road.

Family members will read the names of the Rockland County victims. U.S. Marine Corps veteran Megan Leavey, whose story was told in the movie "Megan Leavey," that was released this year will also participate in the ceremony.

There will be a tolling of the bell followed by a moment of silent prayer at 8:46 a.m., in remembrance of the attack on the North Tower of the World Trade Center, and again at 9:03 a.m., in memory of the attack on the South Tower.

Four more bells will toll in remembrance of the attack on the Pentagon, the collapse of the South Tower, the crash of Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pa., and the collapse of the North Tower.
